María Reyes
María Reyes, born in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) in 1991. She started dancing at the age of 4 with her teacher “La Chati”. Graduated in the speciality of Flamenco at the Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Maribel Gallardo (Cádiz). She finished her studies with the extraordinary prize for the best academic record in Andalusia.
Throughout these years she trained in depth with her teacher Miguel Ángel Heredia. She started dancing with him in the tablao “la Taberna” (Jerez).
She took part in the competition “Desencaja Jóvenes Flamencos” representing the province of Cádiz, later participating in the Circuito Provincial de Peñas de Andalucía.
He was part of the company of the pianist Manolo Carrasco with his show “Vive la Pepa, 1812”. Also of the company “Azalea” with the teachers Mercedes Márquez and Javier Marín, touring Portugal and Andalusia, and participating in festivals and dance cycles, such as the “Lunas de Baello Claudia”.
In 2015 she won third prize for dance in the National Competition of Ubrique.
