Louis S. Goodman, a pharmacologist who helped develop the chemical treatment of cancer and was one of the first doctors to join the faculty of the University of Utah College of Medicine, died last Sunday, Nov. 19, , of a heart attack at his Salt Lake City home. He was

Dr. Goodman was one of the first to use a nitrogen mustard as an anticancer drug. He was also the first to write on the chemical use of a chemotherapeutic agent for lymphosarcoma and leukemia.
